Carved Atlantic Puffin Walking Stick

The inspiration for this stick came after watching a wildlife programme on television. I was so impressed with the bright colours of the Atlantic puffin that I just had to make a stick of one. The head is carved out of lime and painted with acrylic paints and sealed. The shank is hazel with several coats of oil applied.
