Brown Llama Walking Stick

This stick is based on one of our llamas called "Jonesy" on account of the fact that he's welsh. He lives at Peak Hill Llamas in Devon. The shank is of hazel with the head carved out of lime. A brass collar is fitted between the shank and head. The head is painted with oil based paints. I do not use paint any more on my sticks as it has a habit of chipping when in use, I now use wood stains instead. Glass eyes are fitted to add realism.
